Chimere Norris is a creative and branding specialist with 17 years of experience in business and marketing strategy for startups and growth-stage companies. An entrepreneur herself, Chimere founded her  Houston based creative agency Designs By Chimere in 2016.

Chimere, no stranger to entrepreneurship, started her first business at the young age of 9 and since then has launched several profitable businesses, and successfully contributed to the growth and impact of hundreds of brands and corporations nationally.

Chimere’s credits her broad creative and business footprint to working for brands such as Def Jam South, Dominos Pizza, PLH Group and KB Home. Not just working with them, but working alongside some of the top leaders within these organizations. In one of her previous roles as Co-Founder and Editor & Chief of Naturally Happy Hair Magazine, she partnered with brands such as Hype Hair Magazine, Dr. Miracles, Beautiful Textures, Curls, and Miss Jessie’s hair care brands to launch and coordinate experiential beauty events and social media campaigns globally.

Chimere takes a logical, conceptual, content-driven and customer-focused approach to marketing and treats writing, graphic and web design as an outlet for her natural creativity.

When she is not working on her own companies or client roster, Chimere is spending quality time raising her beautiful and talented children Gavin and Makenzie.
